“I AM WILLING”.- Tuesday, 13th September, 2016.

2 Suddenly, a man with leprosy approached him and knelt before him. “Lord,” the man said, “if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.”

Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared.

 Matthew 8:3 (NLT)

This verse is so so beautiful. A lot of times we ask God for things and we beg Him, as if we are trying to make Him willing to bless us or to heal us as in the case of the leper. But God is willing, He is willing to change our lives and our situation for the better.

Jesus, reached out His hand, believably, when Jesus Christ reached out His hand, the leper possibly stretched forth his own hand before there came a touch between him and the Lord.

God, is reaching out to us in many ways today, He is willing, but we should also stretch our hands so there is a connection, an agreement with Him, that He knows what He is doing. A way of saying Lord, I trust that you cannot mismanage my destiny, I know that when you hold my hand, you’re bringing me closer to my future, you’re taking me away from  the negative, and bringing me into full manifestation of the woman you have called me to be.

Let us cling to God, when he reaches out let us not run away because He is willing to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ever ask or think of according to the power at work in us. (Ephesians 3:20)

Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you because you are willing to heal me where I’m hurting, As you reach out your hand to touch me I know that I am healed and made whole by your touch, I hold on to you today and I trust that you are a good shepherd who would lead me in the paths of righteousness. Thank you Lord, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
